By purchasing Lucera2, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the software on one server bound to a single IP address. The license IP can be changed free of charge by contacting support.

2. Restrictions

You may not transfer, resell, sublicense, or distribute the software or your license to any third party. Sharing access to your account or distribution files is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Lucera2 software, including source code, compiled binaries, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Lucera2.

4. Payment

All purchases require 100% prepayment. After payment, you will go through the activation process with our support team.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.

6. Support & Updates

Optional monthly support ($20 USD/month) provides access to the update repository. This is not mandatory - only required if you want access to ongoing updates.

7. Liability

If your distribution or license is stolen or shared publicly, even without your intent, you bear full responsibility. We are not liable for any damages arising from unauthorized access to your files.

8. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to deny the purchase of our product to any person without explaining the reason.
