A problem with custom Pet

I create a custom kookaburra that use skill recharge the owner, and i dont no how this kookaburra is lower lvls give more MP than High levels. if someone know how to fix?
how to improve more recharge MP for more levels.

me and pet is lvl 75 pets restores me 9 MP.
