Armor set enchant skill

Is it possible to change the armor set enchant skills? For example when a player make the set to +6 it get passive skill.
I would like to make this +6 to +16. I've checked all configs but I didn't find config for this.

you can set it <set id="41" chest="2394" head="2418" gloves="5772" feet="5784" skills="3538-1" enchant6skills="3621-1" enchant7skills="3621-1" enchant8skills="3621-1"/>
enchant9skills and etc etc etc. Limit is 128

i forgot how to make passive skills enchant4skills="3621-1" enchant6skills="3621-1" not stack please remind.
at the moment if a set is +6 it has both +4 and +6 skills

upd.: the solution was simple, just use the same skill ID and add levels.
