Castle, Clan Hall, Raid bosses

Hello, my server will open tomorrow and i want to ask some questions.

1. For start i will have only Rune castle activated, i want to stop other sieges. (Possible to give custom reward to winner?)
2. I want to remove registration for all clan halls.
3. When server start all Raid Bosses to be dead.

1. delete npc for siege registration
2. i think u need remove files from data/residences
3. u can add all bosses in table raidboss_status, and set respawn delay

I dont want announce when all sieges start, only Rune.
This will not turn off the castle siege, just registration
