be default, these "Trigger" skills are not shown anywhere in passive skills of the player in this client and even in some more newer version clients.
i have done that in one datapack though.!
solution: the lucera datapack is made with a way that you can override this problem, but you need to modify ALL "Trigger" augment skills.
essentialy disabling one of the two trigger mechanics that the datapack has.
it is extensive work because in order to make the skills appear as "Passives" you need to delete/disable one of the two "triggering chance" mechanics....
this will end up braking the skills' actual activation rate -> then you need to manually edit the one left-over mechanic that is responsible for activation rate of each skill.......
re-ballancing the skills to achieve the same results on activation and land rates is even more PAINSTAKING AND TIME-TAKING PROCEDURE.
