Did anyone have success with Active Anticheat?

I am testing it with Lucera3 and I can't connect. Aways get disconnected trying to connect to the server (The page you see the name of the server, ping, etc).
AA works if I set AltClientGuard = NONE in server.properties, but when I change it to AltClientGuard = ActiveAntiCheat the game wont connect.
It says in the console that the gameserver is connected to anticheat server.
Lucera's support said to contact with active anticheat support, and they said to contact with Lucera's support...
 
Lets make conference with their support. Because a lot of customers use it without problems. That is problem not at our side. Or you incorrectly installed support on the server, there you need to not only include in the configuration, but also configure additional elements according to their guide, and you also need to update the client part.
 
Hello, show what is in ActiveAC logs ac / log / log.txt
Are you using the l2.exe file that ActiveAC gave you to run the client?
