disable auto target?

Hello, is possible disable the auto target when other player/mob attack you?
that is a game client function, client auto select. On the official server, I created a macro for myself that switched the target to my character. Under this condition, the target was not switched to the attacker.
Where exactly to look - I don't know

that is not aggro.... at all, If you keep the target on yourself, you will not be transferred at all to the target that is attacking you.
Server skill - for example, aggression, will switch the target from anywhere.

I've seen, for example, that with Active Anti-Cheat, Strix Guard or Smart Guard, it gets disabled, so I'm sure it's something to do with engine.dll or window.dll. It's really difficult, so it's a lost cause
