How to change <set name="target" val=""/> of skills in PVP EVENT?

My ideia is Class like SwS and Blade Dancer can buff urself in PVP Event, Changing The <set name="target" val="TARGET_PARTY"/> to:
<set name="target" val="TARGET_SELF"/>
its possible ? or no way to do this.
