How to make the cloak appear together with the skin?

In the guide about appearances I saw that someone posted about it, but I couldn't understand and solve it, some skins appear and others don't.

download my patch with skinns and make comparisons in both mine and your files.
you will find solution in the difference.
i would instantly tell you what parameter to change but it's been a while since i studied how this combine/transform/hide works and now i dont quite remember.

Consegui resolver o problema para algumas skins, mas para outras não!

Eu queria entender como funciona a edição de arquivos para poder editar os outros skins.
