When a user receives buffs from the community board, Adena is consumed. Which file path should I modify to change this?

I changed all each buff for 1 adena. but in community board, it still not working.
This file relates to both NPCs and the community board buffer, meaning you did something wrong, or didn't save, or didn't restart the game server.
