Java method for spawn/despawn monster

Hello. I'm trying to make a custom script and I wonder what is the best way to spawn/despawn monsters on certain time of the day.
For example I want to spawn monsters with ids: 1,2,3,4,5 at 20:00 till 21:00 in zone with coordinates 12321 98283 -4123. I tried few methods but the despawn fails every time.
Do you know from where I can get an example or can you suggest me something?

Я не хочу использовать эту систему, потому что у меня будет 5 разных зон. И мне нужно будет делать 5 перезагрузок сервера каждый день, чтобы поддерживать зоны активными. Вы можете ознакомиться с комментарием этого пользователя:
