Mana consumption

Hi everyone, can someone tell me if this is a configuration issue? When I'm using a skill, it's not consuming mana, and I don't remember configuring anything like that.

 
This happens because there was an update regarding MP consumption in the Formulas configuration. You didn't copy the new configuration; by default, the server can't read it! Just add it to the Formulas!
