my Shift+Click not work anymore.

its the second time my shift +click stops to work in gameserver.
normal player can do shift +click, but adm cant do it.

the first time i get a lucera cleam updated, and back work normally.
this time i am in Queen ant area, working with globalshout config, and in one restart i did this stops to work, if someone view the image, u can see the config of shift + click are set normally.

Oh, those post-updates, don't even get me started, it's a nightmare. I'm terrified.
P.S. I haven't changed anything there for more than half a year.

i dont say thats because updates, because for me they happened randomly, i just want to know if someone knows about it, or its a bug, or a bad config?
i am so surprise than u.
maybe another person pass to same.
