open site bypass

hello,i was searching for a bypass to open website from ingame (community Board) but i didnt find anything about it? maybe someone can help me about it?
 
Click on the button in the community board, then look where you are being thrown in the browser and after that edit this link in the l2.ini
ps for Classic client

its not about bypass, that is about extender for your game client
if you have no extension for game client INTERLUDE you will get the Critical Error
Bypass example at custom.properties
# Custom URL service when using third-party patches or protections
# Example bypass for NPC or BBS : <a action="bypass -h user_url http://lucera2.ru">
EnableCustomPatchUrlService = False

Is this client extension paid? where did we get it and what is her name?
Because this configuration of custom.properties I already activated but nothing happens.
