A player is having trouble logging into the server. He installed everything correctly, but when he clicks to enter the game, a disconnected message appears. Has anyone experienced this issue before and knows how to fix it?


Server-side everything is fine, with no errors, and it’s happening only to him.

It appears the connection to the game is incorrectly configured, specifically the addresses. Also, check if your addresses are added here if you have a proxy.

The problem is only with this player. I've had over 500 characters connected from yesterday until now and nobody has had any problems. He's already downloaded the full client, updated it, I asked him to use an application that improves the connection, and nothing.
