There is an option when player dies to loose exp and I need an option when player kills another to get exp. I have seen in faction servers players level up by killing other players.

for this you need to write a special script. The standard server options are not designed for this. it is called GVE mod

I know that i just asked because there is an option for loosing exp when you die and maybe something for the opposite existed which i was unable to find.
