Because those stats are influenced by DEX, CON, etc. Is this Classic? In Interlude, those parameters show up in the settings.
Probably in Classic, those parameters are located somewhere else.

You need to take this into consideration when making the changes.

Because Con/Dex etc, buffs, passive skills, formulas - This isn't a direct value, just like players, mobs, and everything living in the world of Lineage II.
