Hello, could someone show me how to create a command to add people to any clan? I understand the logic behind the command, but I don't understand how to add someone without an invitation.

You mean like an admin command? e.g //setclan clanname ?

You could experiment with the setClan method from l2.gameserver.model.Player class and work your way around it .
