Hello, I have noticed many new users who do not have access to certain programs. Here are all the programs I use to edit and create content on my Lineage 2 server. I hope you find them useful.

EnDec: for encrypt and encrypt files like .utx (decrypt for open in the l2editor, save in l2editor and re-encrypt for use en l2)
