The person does not want to receive the files and the product. The person wants me to sell these files and take a percentage of the deal for myself.

So you have agreed to that again? As I see he has made an arbitration on mmodev. If this is just what agreed before this escalated just pass him the files with agreed work and is not anymore your problem. Also, I saw in your comments probably on mmodev you mentioned that this is masterpiece project so I guess based on what you mentioned previous here about prices and cost of projects selling it for 1500$ would be easy. Lastly, I don't see either here or mmodev any topic with you selling the project so you are talking nonsense.

@Lanskoy If I were you I would request the files and presentation if what agreed was made then pay someone experienced you can request this publicly to your arbitation on mmodev so you can find a reliable person and pay him like 100$-150$ to review if what agreed was really made as you don't have the knowledge from the amount he send you back. In the end, you will either receive good files to sell for higher price than 1500$ alone as you see SteveDogs have not made any post selling the files to forums or he either tries to sell them privately to next person like you for the same amount like in your case or the files dont even exist or he will give you shitty files and you will be able to request a full refund if the reliable person that you will hire present what he send you is fucked up. So you have nothing to loose by getting the files and hire an experienced person to check them.

Создавать Арбитраж после слива переписок - это как вообще?) (типо сначала напакостил, а потом пойду просить денюшку обратно, глупо же, только неадекват после такого отдаст бабки)
Со Стивом работали и будут работать всегда, хоть какой там арбитраж не создавайте) Такие как Лёха это последняя стена между интересными идейными серверами

He could easily just give him the files and present them to him what was done without this being escalated to that level and reach reputation losses as he says or sell it for 1500$ as it would be total worth it for someone to buy it based on prices he presented and comments he made that this was very good server. Things don't connect on what SteveDogs have said both here and mmodev and he is probably lucky that the guy don't have any money to get the files and put someone to check them or after he will at least have good files to sell them himself for higher price. I don't know what SteveDogs is and if you worked people great with him but in this case things don't connect and you put first your personal experiences while SteveDogs had to either pass the files or sell them easily as they are good files but he did none of those so the 'reputation' loss is his mistake.
