Auto learn skill + custom skill (avoid learn)

Hi, with a friend we have discovered that if we have auto-learn enabled, and we add a custom skill or we want certain skills not to learn and ask for something in return, we have discovered that it does not meet that condition and learns the skill in the same way ignoring the condition, is it possible to fix it?
