Auto Use Potions question

Most of the Potions are not marked as "Auto Use Potions". can this be added to other Potions from the Client side?

Is there an option for Mana Potion such as MP_POTION or HP_POTION can be used overall?

I've been looking into EtcItemgrp_Classic and the only thing I could notice and modify is etcitem_type from none to potion but it haven't changed it in-game.

Game clinet can work only with Health Points, he have no any handlers on Mana Points
