Resolved Baium Copy - no skills

I've made a baium copy (universal monster) but he don't use his skills stun earthquake and etc. Just a basic attack. May someone tell me why?
Does the npc need to be with class BAIUM to have all "functions"?
 
Baium has skill inside ai , you need to put on Npc to Work ..

Скорее всего использование скилов прописано в АИ при соблюдении определенных условий

it is working fine for me.
maybe you need to add NPC Client info inside MobSkillAnimgrp to cast skills
or maybe add displayID in your custom npc:

i copied your npc and i added displayID. (because i was bored to add new IDS for client - that is the whole purpose of "displayId" function)

Most likely, the use of skills is prescribed in the AI under certain conditions
baiumass skills are not hardcoded, in principle they can be used by every npc as physical skillZ :P
