There’s nothing wrong in the video. If you’re level 48, your passive is C grade; if you’re 58, it’s B grade; and if you’re level 78, it’s S grade.

Тоже замечал такое, но при смене класса через админку. Пассивка Lucky тоже не всегда проучивается. При смене у нпс вроде не было такого замеченно.
