What I Offer
- Scripts and extensions for stacks compatible with the environment I work on (e.g. Lucera2 Classic), as specified in each listing or catalog.
- Technical scope, requirements, and price fully agreed before payment.
- Reasonable support for installation and integration of the module on your server (does not include full server administration).
What I Do Not Sell (Important)
- I do not sell servers, packs, or third-party licenses. You must obtain and renew those directly from the official or authorized provider. I only sell script files and module assets.
- I do not distribute full server packages, official clients, or any third-party copyrighted material.
- I do not guarantee compatibility with forks, very old builds, or different cores unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Terms & Conditions (Summary)
- Price & Scope: What we agree in the thread, PM, or ticket is final. Any changes in scope may require a price adjustment.
- Payment: As agreed (PayPal, crypto, bank transfer for LATAM, etc.). I do not send files or begin work until payment is confirmed, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
- Delivery: Manual delivery (download link, archive, or as agreed). Reasonable timeframe after payment. I will notify you of any delays beyond my control.
- Refunds: No refunds for change of mind once the digital product has been delivered. Refunds or compensation will only be considered if I am unable to deliver what was paid for or in case of a serious error on my side.
- Use: For use only on the agreed server/project. Redistribution, resale, or leaking of the package is strictly prohibited without my written permission.
- Support: Includes help with installation and bug fixes for the script as delivered (within a reasonable window after delivery, as agreed per product).
Does not include: adapting the script to other mods or custom work, merging with unrelated changes, performance tuning of your entire server, or open-ended/unlimited support. Major changes or new features require a separate agreement and quote. - Liability: You are responsible for making backups, testing on a staging environment, and ensuring compliance with your own server and third-party software licenses.
