How I edit and create interface for Lucera2?

Hello, what program I can use for create new interface, table, buttons, etc.

My idea is create this table:



This show the zone, the boss, the drop and what you need for enter it, I want make it for all lucera customers, someone can help me?

the table is Structured with html, and all places where u will put something.
buttons u can use those or create news in photoshop ( or another editor) put them in client and call them in the html.

the worst part is to put them into the client, all the other is simple.


i already ask to add a char preview in a htm but noone answer.
