How to add a buff to specific class on PVP events (TvT, Dm)?

i create a new skills and i try to add the buff to Specific class on PVP Event, how i can do it?
i try this <set name="zoneClassedBuffs" val="21(7101:1);34(7101:1);100(7101:1);107(7102:1)" /> in Battle_zone.xml and not work.
 
@zerohero ty to share, but i try to set buffs to Specific class on PVP Event, like just Song and Dance.
Example: i want to song and dance gain a exclusive buff, and not enable songs and dance in party during the event PVP.
