How to add attack action to new pet? I tried everything but I get only this (check attachment)

I don't know when you will start answer on the topic without be so sarcastic.
I am asking simple question. I checked your tutorial already and the video too. I know how to add a SKILL but I can't add the Attack Action because I can't find it!

Already added them in actionname-e.dat but still can't solve this mystery.

for example if i use Action id 1144 skill will show up if i use 1145 or for example 1120 and asign the npc ids it still dont show up its because the client is not good? or i am missing something?
