How to add Effect Earthquake in skill?

i made a search, skills of valakas e antharas tail skills and all outhers and i dont get it, looking skills in xml, I'm new in this l2 dev/config thing.
thats why i come here rsrs.
i ask questions a lot of time (newbie questions) that why i really dont know how do it . kkkk

That is game client model effect, not a skill effect by game server packet
