How to see the chance of dropping a quest item?

Hey guys, I'm working on the recipe S drop quest and I wanted to know how I can see the probability of a quest item dropping.

The quest drops touch, I've already searched the XML to try to see the percentage, but without success. I'm guessing the values until I get the desired value, but I'd like to see to know the exact value

If I set the quest drop to 3x.

This mob drops 1 item

This mob drops 3 items

How do I make all three drop 3 items?
