you cannot create a macro in any way while the character is on, you can bring skills or items to the panel through data/character_shortcuts.xml

but i cant createa auto macro that the player created macro will have .menu and .acp macro?

макросы сохраняются в базе данных, технически можно сделать скрипт который при создании пишет в базу еще и макрос, но чет это пахнет както нехорошо
