Npc ClassMaster spawn

When I activate the NPC ClassMaster in "services.properties", it spawns 3 NPCs in each city. How do I control the spawn of these NPCs? I want to place only 1, in a specific location in each city.

How do you work with spawn? Just do it the same way ( NPC ID - Notepad Search All - Easy ) !
