Npcs not working

1. I'm in need of some help. I've been trying to activate NPC 40014 for class change and after several minutes i didn't make it. Can someone help me please?
2. I'm also trying to activate GMShop NPC 40013 but also after many tries I didn't reach success. Does anyone know the trick?

I'm very thankfull if someone can help me.

I didn't understand anything, what do you need help with?

What does after a few minutes mean?
Maybe it's disabled for you? Have you looked at your server settings at all?
What does it mean to activate gmshop?
It doesn't show up for you at all? Or are you trying to get a profession in it?
Can you write more informatively? PLEASE!!!

To be honest, I don't understand what your problem is. Check the description at the bottom of the GM shop and also the admin's messages in the chat. All custom trade lists have been removed from the server because universal ones don't exist.
