Окно изучения скилов показывается рандомно от нпц

Суть.
ты бегаешь качаешься
учишь скилы из окна скилов/панель скилов, не от нпц
потом закрыл окно
И тебе вылететает нпц диалог изучения скила рандомно

Было у кого такое?

only happens when you are previously INSIDE THE LEARN SKILL TAB.
if you go back to normal actives or passives tab then close the panel and continue it wont happen.
as long as you use the learn skill tab in the skills panel the pop up comes back.

we dont know so far. looks like interface but i have not searched into in because we are on autolearn skills mode.
