Resolved Olympiad time need help (Resolved)

I recently synchronized the VPS server time with my local time. However, for some reason, the Olympiad is supposed to run from 6 PM to 12 AM, but it starts at 1 AM instead. Where can I adjust this?
 
Most likely, you initially had to set this time, and only then start the server.
Surely, now the database has remembered the old time, and you need to clean the tables in the Database.
Although, on my server, I set the time and then restarted and everything worked fine. Review your settings again.

Yes, I restarted the server after resetting the time, but everything remained the same. I didnt touch nothing from this config

Do I need to clear all the Olympiad times in Navicat and then restart the server?

Have you restarted your VPS after changing the time?
Check if the time has changed correctly.
 
Olympiad already scheduled for whole period for previous time zone. Check oly_season table.
Reschedule or just clear this table and system will automatically make new schedule.
Are you saying to clear the entire table and leave it blank? Will this not cause any errors? My live server is running right now—can I safely delete it at this moment?

Just make backup of oly_ tables.
Turn off the server, clear data inside oly_ tables, turn on server and check new schedule.
