1st of all, the way you are writing down questions is like pigs playing in the mud.
2nd you can VERY EASY apply the configs, clean olympiad table from db and START THE SERVER AND READ THE CONSOLE OUTPUT!

inside the console when the server loads, it writes DETAILED INFO about olympiad matches/season/nomination time/season end
EVEN ALL DAYS that olympiad will occure are output in there by date and starting/ending time for EVERY SINGLE day.
