Players can count seconds, quite precisely so they communicate on voice channel and signup at the exact second and get drawn into the arena however they want. Best way to tackle feed is to kick people feeding the games, but that requires GM to watch all games and at the same time hear player fuming over being kicked from arena. Since even though it looks obvious someone is feeding it’s nearly impossible to prove someone has been feeding.
