Original hair/hats

I think this question should be more to @Deazer or anyone who understand about original cosmetic quests.



those are the original hair/hat items i got on my lucera server version.
Is there a meaning for those specific?
i mean, all of them are quest related and should be on the client or i can delete it all?

If just some of them are quest related, anyone know if there's a item hair list for interlude quests?
