problem with premium reward / проблема с премиум ревардом

Hello all, I am trying to give player some bonus items(ID4:1, ID57:1kk) when they activate premium account, but it does not work, anybody knows what is the issue here? I followed this info: https://lucera2.com/threads/all-about-premium-account-and-how-to-work-with-it.3834/

Thanks, I tested more and this is result:

If you buy premium from NPC it activates the premium and gives you item rewards.

If you double-click on premium item it activates the premium but does not give you item rewards.
