Soulshot-Arrows not consumed problem.SOS

I have a problem with soulshot, spiritshot, beast ss and arrows.
even if i have these settings:

#Consumation SoulShots, SpiritShots, Arrow. With "false" value they become infinite
ConsumeArrows = true
ConsumeSoulShots = true
ConsumeSpiritShots = true
ConsumeBeastShots = true
It doesnt consumed.
 
хз, не может быть, все работает. Удали конфиг и скачай с репы заново, где-то косяк

I have the same problem. Evidently there is a bug in Update. If I have false, everyone has infinite arrows and SS. If I check True, premium players have infinite arrows and SS and non-premium players have normal consumption.
