what language u set in you server? if u changed only EN or RU htmls this problem will show to you, because if u have bouth options html show different so, if u have a gmshop who deleted specfy html/multisell and he had changed lang same npc will show a different html with different html/multisell.

The server is artisanal retail, it does not sell S grade items at the NPC, but after 11 minutes of the server being online this appeared

quer dizer que é só um problema no log, ou que o jogador conseguiu comprar esse determinado item?
devido a estar nas duas linguagens certo?

se tiver as 2 linguas abilitadas e a html tiver redirecionando pra alguma multisell, realmente ele conseguiu comprar o item, da um select no banco de dados verificando se esse item existe la na tabela de item que vc vai saber mesmo se o item foi comprado.
