Universal Stat edit for mobs

Hello bros.
is there a way to modify/edit stats of all mobs for once ?
example all mobs in game has x% more of pdef/mdef/patack .
or to modify all players PVE dmg?

you can up it for all players by custom_stat_modifer.xml
