How to make walking npc with custom text to say?
Example NPC - 31357 Custom text now:Where has he gone?
I cant find from where to change the text.

Can you tell me how to add item use delay (for example CP Potions) They dont have reuse time now.

He have reuse 500 milli sec

you can check at data/item by id and param <set name="reuse_delay" value="500"/>
