what is this? whats the problem with this player? if its Just an Warning, no problems right?)

looks like some pet action is missing from server configuration.
i am not sure for interlude but it looks like Summon/Pet "Attack Action".

you can try to add this "1099"

That is not problem at all, that is warn. Someone use 1099 action from game client - file GameClient/system/action-e.dat action 1099 is not handled anywhere in server. You can ignore it.
