Hi, what specs should a PC have to withstand 500 online?

My idea was to put 8gbram, 4 cores for 300 players (classic). -> 60.000 ARS (60 usd)

What would you recommend?, what method do you use for the cache?

Yeah but most of the server owners that I know are using dedicated servers like 64 gb ram 12 cores and similar configurations. That's why I wonder.
